Cause and XS
This episode starts with the scene in which Cisco is working in the lab and was busy in making Meta Human Cure.He became succeeded in making Meta Human Cure.The scene changes in which Barry asking Cisco:."We have to wait how long before we can use the Meta Human Cure".Cisco told they need 29 days to use this cure.To this Barry said that they can't wait that long because Cicada can kill other meta humans in a month.Barry asked Cisco if they somehow speed up the process.Then Sherloque came up with an idea that if Barry go into speed force then the Tachyon particles can speed up the Cure and speed force is a place where Tachyon particles found in a large quantity.
Now Barry is ready for going into speed force,then XS came to him and asked him if she can also join Barry.Barry suggested her to stay if anything will happen she can manage with the techniques which Barry taught her.Now Central City is Flash-less for 1 hour.The scene changes in which we saw Ralph Dibny asking Nora:."Cisco hasn't left for his date yet,has he?'',to which Nora replied:."I don't think so".
Then we saw Cisco was getting ready for his date with Kamilla.Ralph gave him the book of Ralph in which all the tricks were mentioned for impressing girls.This scene was funny Cisco had already experienced this book and asking Iris,Caitlin and Sherloque for help that they can might help him to get rid of Ralph.All of them were gone by giving excuses.
The scene changes where we saw Iris working on her Laptop.Suddenly she heard the knock at the door and it was Cicada.As soon Iris gave a message to starlab Cicada punched his Dagger on Iris head.
In the next scene we saw Cisco and Kamilla in CC Jitters.Then the start giving information to each other.Kamilla seemed like that she might not be impressed by Cisco.After that,we saw Iris folded in rope on chair and Cicada saying her that"You are not the only one who does their research".Cicada knew that she was working with the flash.Then the scene switched to the Star labs where they receive the message which was indicating that Iris is in danger.Nora with Killer frost reached at the Iris location where we saw Cicada threw his dagger in the air.Nora and killer frost move one step a head to fight cicada but suddenly dagger came from the behind and get stuck into the Killer Frost's back.
All the things were stopped at that time then Nora ran so fast and reverses the time mistakenly.She went back to the time where Ralph asked her about Cisco's Date.Again Cicada came but this time he got Sherloque and killed him.Again Nora went back to the time.She did this 52 times but all the time realities were alternate.At the last time when Nora was disappointed,they came up with the idea to figure this thing out.They made a plan and with the trick of Time reverse they defeated Cicada.Now, 1 hour is completed and Barry came out of the speed force with the cure.When Nora told the Barry about what she did.Barry gave him the same example which was given to him by the Earths 2 Flash.In the end,we saw Nora travelling into future in which she was saying to Eobard thawne that they are making it worse.Thawne shouted that he is the only speedster what to do.Then the Thawne solaced Nora that they gonna save her father.
We don't know why Nora is working with Thawne,but this season is getting exciting.
