Blender
Blender is a software used for 3D design and 3D sculpting.Its like ZBrush but it is quite professional.Although it is hard for beginners to use but you can learn easily this software with the help of YouTube.It was initially released in January,1998 by Blender Foundations.It is written in C,C++ and python language.Blender is also used in making animated movies characters in Hollywood.
Blender is no doubt the best software used for 3D design but it requires High end PCs and GPU.Blender is used in many of the animated films like:Big Buck Bunny,Tears of Steel etc.Blender has some amazing features like Surface Shader,Volume Shader etc.You can also control the movement of your character with the help of Blender.
